The good things are that the apartment is nice in appearance and I lived in an apartment with all new carpets and everything. They even gave me a welcome gift and the aprtment was very nice and cool when I arrived. The apartment was very clean. The noise level was minimum. The bad things I saw was that during the summer times the apartment would get very hot even thou it has two air conditioners, and it sometimes held a musty old building smell. I often burned incense to get rid of the odor. The hallways smell a lot like dogs but
was clean. Everything things else was fine and oh the master bedroom did not have enough deep closet space from the wall. But that isn't bad if you are just one person. I liked living there and had no problems with anyone who lived there. The police patrolled the area often and would remove any abandon cars that was not working. They maintained the property and the staff was very nice.
