I lived in this place for almost 4 years. For the first 1 1/2 - 2 years, I was pretty happy, it was nice and as quiet as it can be, but ever since they changed management this place has gone downhill BIG TIME. It seems like the only thing they worry about now is getting more people in, no matter who they are or where they come from, (I wouldn't even be surprised if they over look some of these people criminal record!). The worst part is that it doesn't matter how much you complaint, they act as if they really cared when in reality they don't give a damn. I moved a month ago and it was one of the best desicions i've made in a long time. If you appreciate your mental and physical health even a little, please don't even think about moving to this place that lately seems more like a "DORM" for UTI students (loud, rude and careless teenagers) more than a decent apartment complex...

This is absolutely true. Just drive through the parking lot any given Saturday afternoon and look at how many license plates we have from out of state. Nothing against people from out of state, however ALL of them are UTI students and it IS like a college campus. They work on their cars in the parking lot while drinking beer, they're loud and obnoxious at the pool and RUDE people in general... all of them teenagers. They don't follow the rules at all and if you read other reviews on this website, you'll know why. Risa thinks they're all cute and adorable and she's too busy flirting to deal with it.
