I have just renewed my lease for another year after already being here 2 years! I want to share with anyone considering living here a few of the MANY reasons why!

--I have been able to spend some memorable moments wth my son at the Schaumburg Flyers, Chicago Rush, Chicago Storm games because they all live here and as a resident I get to benefit with complimentary tickets-- always a plus on a tight budget.

--My son is ALWAYS asking me to bring him to the office to see the property manager. She ALWAYS encourages him with school, makes him laugh and feel special. I can't tell you how that makes feel.

--Last year I lost my wallet and had no money or car and I needed to get to work...I went into the office and spoke with the property manager. She immediately offered to pay for a cab and extra money for the day. Before I could say ANYTHING, I had money in hand. How many people do that-- never mind someone who barely knows you'(paid her back by the way)

--There are alot of new faces but I found them to be very nice and helpful.

--Whenever I have needed something done in my apartment, the response is good.

I am NOT saying this place is perfect because its not. In a perfect world, I wouldnt have an occasional noisy neighbor-heating issues and a few other inconveniences. I ask myself, Is anything perfect in life'

Does it somehow, some way always get resolved' Yes it does.

I feel the maintenance guys and property manager truly do their best to make me feel comfortable here.

For the price, this is the best deal around. My son and I are very happy here and look forward to another year.

Half true. Risa did not write this and I believe this person feels that the treatment they have gotten is genuine. This is where the truth falls away. This person has just not been cast-ff by Risa when it no longer benefits her. Yes, redemption is the way, the truth, and the light. All who have sinned need redemption and the cold heart she has certainly needs enlightenment and renewal that only God can give. Tragic yes, evil maybe, lost, For Sure!

Oh come on now. WHO writes about an apartment and goes on and on about a property manager? RISA wrote this, don't be fooled. If you've ever spoken to her you'd know this is so obviously her writing. She gives away free tickets to games occasionally when she wants to butter someone up to write a good review. I know, because I was offered tickets and asked to write a good review in return. No thanks. I don't lie and you should stop lying too. Risa you know this place is a dump and only you can improve it but you're too CHEAP to do something about it. Keep on letting these UTI students come in and ruin the property, tear down stop signs daily, ruin the grass by driving through it, waking the neighbors racing around the parking lots all hours of the night... then we'll see how many quality people you have left living here.

The staff was not fired! Don't lie! They walked out on Risa because she was really bad to them, including previous employees. Every single person that was there quit on their own. Rissa will never keep anyone there as long as she runs the place...Risa's friend is working there and Bob's daughter from Infinity is also helping out. Hehe, I feel sorry for Mr. Lapin the owner because I'm sure Risa and Bob lie to him all the time to keep their jobs. Good luck Mr. Lapin...

The money thing is complete bull! My husband lost his job, we had no money and RISA told us to find a way to pay rent! She didn't offer any sort of 'grace period' or payment plan or anything! We had to ask my husbands dad to pay 3 months of rent for us!
