First off....NO this isn't from a staff member! You people assume that every single time anything half decent is written. Also, people comment in almost every review about the staff, it is important according to 95% of the people who write in. Maybe you should read.

The people who say it s way over priced, the area it terrible, landscape sucks .then WHY in the world did you live here in the first place. That makes you pretty stupid from the get go! Pay more in some other area then and don t be such a hypocrite or a cheap ass!

As you can see 62 people have commented on this since 02/20001. Ummmm if you can do the math, that s NOT that many people. The reviews are skewed because most people who are writing in are the ones that have experienced problems.

I personally think it s a find place to live. It s not perfect and if I wanted to spend more money sure, I could have found a better place, but I m perfectly fine here. I m going on year two.

This is total BS! So obviously written by staff members themselves OR this person was coerced into writing it! I know they do this because I've been asked twice to write a "good" review from the office personnel and I told them NO! A piece of advice...if you want your review taken seriously, don't write about how great the office staff is. Write about the apartment itself. No one cares about how nice the staff is, we care about the apartment conditions and what it's like to live here. Most people don't move into apartments because the staff are nice. My apartment has cracks in the ceiling and down the walls, we have ants on the 3rd floor (we've had it exterminated and they came back), there's been SEVERAL times I've had to park in the next building over due to lack of parking spaces, the geese have taken over the place, the showers are terrible (burning hot, then freezing cold) and the heat barely works. Come on, get real.

gotyourrbackonthatone, 01/07 Ant's,spider's and loud,noisy and Rude Neighbor's!If the music is not loud,or the building two over does not have a fighting couple,you maybe could enjoy the beautiful ground's.that's in between dog stuff NOT picked up by resident's.As for a good review!hah!this is the last place I'd sign another lease with.Rent's to high for the general neighborhood. The Staff that left was the high point to the office!So in between "did you get that in writing?" or "that is "not" what was promised"and a lot of other B.S. that goe's on here.Save yourself the headache and Get EVERYTHING in writing.With a signature.

First off, nice language. How can you expect ANYONE to take your review seriously when you refer to people as being "stupid" and "cheap ass?" Secondly RISA, we know you are just frustrated because you keep trying to improve ratings on this website and your efforts are fruitless. Maybe you should take some of what we say SERIOUSLY for once. All these UTI students you let live here have torn the community apart. The apartments MAY be livable if you kicked them all out. All you hear day and night are squealing tires through the parking lots, loud screaming, fire crackers, parties and music blasting. Oh and did I mention the stop signs that get torn out of the ground every time you replace them? Come on, let's get realistic. Reviews from 2001 don't matter much considering we're on property manager #3 since then. What's your point?

If we had been able to see our apartment BEFORE we moved in, we would NOT have followed through! We were shown a total upgraded apartment and given a run down apartment! When they told us we couldn't see the apartment before moving in, that's when we should have said NO! There are only 60 some reviews because people don't know about this rating site. I didn't know until I happened upon it looking for a new place to move to! I plan to let EVERYONE know about how horrible this apartment complex is!
