I can't really add much to the bad reviews that have been put up here, but I can say they are absolutely true. The parking lot is a mess every time it snows and it becomes a sheet of ice because no one salts/plows. During the summer if you are home sick, good luck getting any rest. The landscapers take 8 hours and 2 days with weed wackers and lawn mowers starting at 7am. They spend most of their time standing around talking with the lawn mowers running rather than working. Sure, some reviews may say this place is better than the rest on this block... BUT THE REST OF THE BUILDINGS ON THIS BLOCK ARE SECTION 8! Are you feeling this' Several people on the property have had their cars broken into. Sure, the apartments may look nice but come live here for a while. You'll find out what we already know: it's a huge waste of money. Shoddy buildings and poor management. The maintenance staff can't even fix a closet door (this is not a joke) they actually made it worse so now it doesn't open or close! Please do yourself a favor, pay more money and live somewhere else of better quality. Trust us.

The staff was not fired! Don't lie! They walked out on Risa because she was really bad to them, including previous employees. Every single person that was there quit on their own. Rissa will never keep anyone there as long as she runs the place...Risa's friend is working there and Bob's daughter from Infinity is also helping out. Hehe, I feel sorry for Mr. Lapin the owner because I'm sure Risa and Bob lie to him all the time to keep their jobs. Good luck Mr. Lapin...
