1.The price to rent there was outrageously overpriced.
2. Service was extremely slow if anything needed to be fixed. expect the work to be shoddy.

3. You were got stuck with the repairs because of the toilet leaked or the heater's pipe was busted.


4. The Driveway freezes over in the winter months and don't expect anything to be done about it. I have slipped and fell because the ground wasn't salted down.


5. I had a neighbor stalk me at all hours of the day and night. The landlord wasn't very professional about solving the problem. She was the kind of ladie who liked pitting the slow shiftless worker against the tenants.

6. The Apartment was housing some section 8 people.

7. The washing machines or dryers didn't function. you had 3 machines for 36 or more tennants.Better off going to the laundramat.

8. Cars are not in a safe area, expect your car to get vandalized or ran into.
9 They will stick you with a 13 month lease so you were only given 12 months to live in the apartment, but will charge you 13 months.

Possitive Reviews don't believe one word. They are trying lure you into headaches.

100 true... everything said here are the same concerns/issues I have been experiencing ever since I moved in.
