i lived at st charles square for 61/2 years and when we moved in it was quiet and a fun place to live. Once the new managment came in it all turned into a frat house. Collage studients all over the place. Loud and let me tell you i had to call the cops a few times cause of the people up stars that lived by the park yelling at my kids about playing. did the manager do anything' hell no she told me to keep my kids down while he sleeps. look its at 1pm and it was my daugthers birthday party. the maintence i have to say keeps up as they can... well at least most of them. you have 2 that just dont care about anything but drinking. the parking lot sucks in the winter.. the plow (when it comes around) plows your car in. as i said the noise with these kids are bad. cant ever have a quiet nite. let me tell you about the playground. i have found beer bottles and glass everywhere. went to talk to managment and she told me to clean it up. i dont think its safe to have your kids there. they lost all there staff in 2007 which really sucked because they were great. now they have an x husband and a best frind that works there. overall THIS PLACE SUCKS

ALL OF THIS IS SO TRUE, I have lived here almost as long as you have! I could have easily written this. I've experienced everything you're saying and I cannot wait to move.

The "management staff" come on....they don't even deserve that title. The sloth's in the office are completely useless. Please "management staff" prove your residents wrong! They give generic responses to every inquiry. I have been waiting on a call back from the "manager" for two weeks now! I have called and even gone into the office to speak with her but she seems to leave early - a lot. I did enjoy living here. Now, it is just a headache. I remember when they put in the monthly newsletter for kids to keep the noise level down. What!?!?! They are kids! Let them run and play - that is EXACTLY what they are supposed to do. If an "adult" is sleeping at 1pm due to working a different shift - get ear plugs...my husband had to when he worked 3rd shift. Otherwise, get up and go find work - be an "adult". What ever happened to common sense? Please respect others how you would like to be treated. There are so many issues with this property - find another place to live if possible, unless you enjoy watching the police, rude neighbors, poor cleaning, poor grounds and much, much more! Oh yeah - try taking a shower or a bath with no hot water!!!! Yeah!
