Let's just look at the facts about the apartments here and what you'll get for your hard-earned money. For about $900 a month, you'll get a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 TINY bathroom that is more like a closet. To give you an idea, if you open the door while someone is in the bathroom, you will hit them. It has a one-room air conditioner in the living room only that doesn't come close to cooling the bedroom. The bedroom gets so hot in summer, you simply cannot sleep. You are NOT allowed to put your own one-room air conditioner in the bedroom, as you can't have anything in the windows (violation of your lease). Open the windows, you say' Well, that's another issue entirely. We have neighbors who like to stand outside ALL NIGHT LONG and party. I'm not opposed to having fun, but I do have a problem with people yelling in the parking lot at 3am and waking me up day after day. There are a LOT of UTI students living here. If you've never lived in a place with them, you're in for a real treat. To make matters worse, a member of the maintenance crew (fat, blonde guy.. don't know his name) sits outside his garage and has a raging fire going - not a barbeque - but a bonfire in a barbeque grill IN the PARKING LOT. When trying to drive by, you'll get hard looks from him and his friends if you drive too closely to them as they sit in their lawn chairs drinking beer. But, it's ok because they're just blocking off 1 full lane of traffic and no one can get by. They hang out there all hours of the evening. If maintenance is setting this example, how would anyone else feel it's not right to party all night long and disturb the neighbors' I think most of the students here feel this is a college campus and not a place where normal, working people live. There are geese and ducks all over the property that have become more than just a small problem. You cannot enjoy the BBQ grills around the property or the volleyball net, due to the amount of droppings left ALL over. You wouldn't dare walk through the grass! It will get all over your shoes. Not to mention, people feeding them doesn't help much. They come close to people now because they think everyone has food. The parking lot was a disaster this past winter, it was not salted at all. Ice was a permanent thing every day, so good luck getting to your car safely. This includes the front steps leading out from the apartment. I have called and called and nothing got done about it so I bought my OWN bag of salt. This is not what I pay rent for! If I want to salt and/or shovel out my car, I can live in a home in Chicago without all of this headache. Maintenance is a joke, as you can imagine from the party animal we have working on staff. They haven't been able to fix any of the MANY issues I have in my apartment: closet doors do not work properly (they fall off the track and now just rest against the wall), the ceiling fan stopped working a year ago (an obvious electrical problem) and it still doesn't work, the fan in the bathroom now is not working, the appliances are so old the oven hardly works and the refrigerator is set to the highest setting possible just to keep food a bit chilled. My toilet leaked for 3 days before maintenance finally got out to fix it, but by then the tiles in the bathroom had already lifted. I am CERTAIN to be charged for that issue. Oh and on a side note, there are no laundry facilities inside your building. Where are all these amenities they boast of' I don't see any of them here. The laundry is located in the next building over - we have ONE washer and ONE dryer for 36 apartments. Laundromats around here charge $1-2 per load to wash and they're always full. I am telling you, this place is so not what it's cracked up to be. If you contact Risa, she will say nicey nice things to you but never take care of anything. Watch your boyfriends and husbands ladies, she's got 6" of clevage showing at all times (so professional) and is VERY flirtatious. I'm leaving this dump in a couple months and I can't WAIT. I wish I could leave NOW.

amen... risa really is that way and that place is really a ---- hole. by the way the blond headed maintence no longer works for that company for the reason of risa. this place is NO GOOD
