Okay, I am going to make this straight and to the point so you don't have to spend hours reading this and you can move on to another apartment complex! Don't forget to check out the 6 photos I posted. There were 2 more showing the 3 boards that were holding up the base boards in the kitchen and bathroom, but I cannot find them - and this thing only allows up to 6 photos anyway.
Water damage, warped shelves, mold and mildew, old appliances ...
a) They show you an upgraded apartment, then give you one with all old appliances
b) Boards in shelves are warped - I'm talking the full 'u' affect
c) They had 3 boards holding up the bottom shelf under the kitchen and bathroom
d) Mildew under the sinks and they just painted some dark paint over it
c) When you are having money issues, they don't work with you at all
d) There is no 'grace' period for rent, you're late and you pay for it out of your butt
e) Maintenance only come out in the afternoons on weekdays
f) No assigned parking so you will never be able to park by your apartment complex
g) They never notify you if there are going to be people working on the complexes - you just find out when there are some strange guys walking around your complex
h) You have to pay an arm and a leg just to wash your clothes, and even then you will find your load sitting out of the washer or dryer because someone steals it from you
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I had to add here also, they claim to have done pest control 2 weeks ago and the very next day, we got ants and other bugs. We had to buy our own fumigating spray from Home Depot. It helped for a few days, but the bugs keep coming back. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Amen sister. I have experienced all of this too. Lucky for us, we're out of this dump in a few months. Good riddance.
