I have rented at other places in the area and I have never been more happy living at a rental place like here. The office people are nice and the maintenance guys are helpful. I have not experianced any of what anyone else has but it doesnt mean it did not happen all I can say is that I would recommend this place to people. They are making a differance and not raising our rents like everywhere else.
