Not Horrible! A little ghetto

Well when I lived there for 1 1/2 years. I rather enjoyed the experience. But after reading the reviews a lot of truths were told. That washer/dryer room really could use some work. My buildings "security" door was broken for quite some time when I lived there. Even when fixed it was more convient for me to use my mini Jewel preferred card to unlock it then my key anyways. But I wasn't even that upset about it. It was my first experience in the burbs from a very small town in Il. And a very good. I was also young working full-time and college full-time. So I was in and out at all hours. The walls!!! The walls were too too too thin. I absolutely think the investment to improve that in some way would be worth it for the renters and the company. The side of the building I lived on was the most God awful view of the other apt complex which my roommate and I refered to as "The Ghetto". That right there should have deemed us reduced rent. But, the apartment itself was great! Big closet space, big living space, and never did I have that much go wrong in my apartment structure wise. And I absolutely loved the two balconies in mine. The elevator was as well ghetto but cute idea. I probably would rent there again if I could get a better view, cheaper rent, no kids running up and down the hallways in my building, and less noise complaints for breathing. Those are the main problems that I found. But overall I look back on it fondly. PS the staff was great!!! Especially Gil, I think.
