Don't let the nice clubhouse and the bonuses to move in fool you. This complex is a dump. Moving in is horrible. Try getting a couch up the stairs and you are lucky if the 1960's elevator works. The other comment was correct in saying that the laundry room floods every day and nobody cleans it up. You really don't have to worry about using the laundry room though because people leave their washed or dried clothes in the washer/dryer for hours without changing them. Maintenance is lacking also. Our stove ingitor was broken, so we called them. They said it was fixed, and it broke again a week later. Now we don't even bother and light the stove/oven with a lighter or a flaming spaghetti noodle. I just dare you to live on any floor but the third because the floor sounds like it is going to cave in any day.
