Wow, they did it again. Another broken window. this one is completely shattered but still in the frame. It is a full size (about 36" x 60" window) next to the back entrance. Still has broken glass laying on the floor inside the building. How long will it take to fix this one' The last window that was broke on the second floor took over 5 weeks to fix. And, last we heard they were planning on taking out the billiard room to expand their already big office. Buildings not secure--easy to break in.
For "Resident Appreciation Day" they held the party from 9am to 3 pm on a Thursday--the time when almost everybody living here is either at work or at school. Tell me that wasn't planned to save themselves much money. Hope they liked their staff party.
Sure, the apartments are quite spacious, but doesn't make up for the incompetency of the staff.
We could go on and on with the problems, but will stop here--for now. We are so excited about moving out of here soon.

Yes, we live on the top floor. I must say it is the best one to be on but you have to either take the stairs which people usually throw bags of trash in, or take the elevator where people smoke cigars and leave eggshells in. But, i must say, this place is NOT worth the price.
