I am very unsatisfied with this apartment complex, and even more unhappy with the maintenance. First, our oven was leaking NATURAL GAS and it took them a WEEK to respond. Next, our toilet broke. It took them two days. At one point, the water heater on the main floor came close to exploding before they fixed it. Now our dishwasher is broken, we called maintenance a week ago, and it is still broken and growing mold. Whenever we call in a complaint we are treated with disrespect. Don't ever rent here. Sounds like the same experiance I had there, it is a horrible place & I had hoped since there are new owners it would be better but it doesn't sound like it.

I don't live here but my boyfriend does so I am ther very often. I want him to move out so badly. The management is completly oblivious and snobby for that matter. It's funny that they think they we believe that they know what they are talking about. And as far as the so called "upgraded" units...let me tell you not much of an upgrade at all. Another thing, the punks that floor their cars around the parking lot is the most annoying thing. All stupid cars....all stupid kids....

Anjstarr, I know exactly what you're talking about. The kids revving their engines all night keep me up constantly. Since there's next to no soundproofing here, there is nothing you can do. Cosmo, don't do it. It's not worth the price. Don't do it!
