The door sized window is still broke--for about 2 weeks now and still has duct tape holding together a completely shattered window on first floor. These buildings are NOT secure one bit. The same access code can get you into any building on the premises. Tonight, somebody went through our floor and stole all the doormats. Doormats--WHY' Just to be childish--i dont know. I am sick of this place. They just started tearing out the billiard room now to expand their offices. What's next, the pool'

I've been a resident for three years and have found this residence to be place a great community to live in. In the last year the property has been renovated and many improvemnts have been made.I am impressed with all the changes being made. New management has given my living space an uplift.The maintenance crew is always very friendly and willing to help. I called yesterday about my garbage disposal not working and they came that same day to fix. They're always prompt! This place is a great place to live in and I recommend to anyone looking for an excellent living space.

MeTenant is the management. Don't let this idiot fool you. Seeing as no one has posted anything positive about the management, don't you think it's suspicious that this dolt comes in and says the exact opposite of what everyone else is saying? If the management will lie here, you can bet that they will continue to do so throughout your lease.

Sorry not management just a tenant unlike you. Looks like you have nothing better to do but be negative writer and a nuisance to this website. I am the original writer of this review. Everything I said up to the "Braindead" part is FACT!! The rest is an opinion...yes. "Tenme" is obviously keeping his eyes closed to what is happening around him. When we first moved to this apartment we loved it (that was with the old management). Maintenance did everything timely and correctly. With this new management, nothing can be done correctly. We put in a request to get a very simple fix done a week ago and still have not had it fixed.
