Oh good heavens, get me out of here ... QUICKLY!!!

I have always considered myself somewhat tolerant and understanding, but I am at the end of my rope! Enough is enough! I've experienced (in almost 2 years): a REALLY LOUD banging in all the walls (it was all the pipes) for a couple weeks, a living room A/C (wall) unit that smells like death, NO HOT WATER for a week, a dishwasher that flooded my kitchen, eviction notices every single month for 6 months straight even though my rent was paid early and cleared my account, and bugs. LOTS AND LOTS OF BUGS!!! I wouldn't recommend this property unless it's used as punishment for an unforgivable crime.
