Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Very poor maintenance (cannot get anyone to fix things in the apartment). Dirty water in the washers, badly working dryers. Horrible water in the appartments. New management incompetent, they have more problems that they can deal with, or they don't know how to deal with the problems.
