...unless you like living in a college dorm! We have been here for 2 years & can't wait to get out. They allow several college students from a mechanic school to live here & all they do is party & tear up the place. If you like that kind of living, then this is the place for you. Beer cans all over, garbage in hallways, grease marks on hallway walls, music playing loud all night, running up & down hallways screaming. We have complained to management several times, but nothing is done. The elevators smell like urine, the floors squeak very bad, appliances are old and the walls are paper thin (I know when every neighbor is having sex, watching TV, or taking a shower). If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live, don't move here!
