I have been a resident for approximately 3 months now. Have not had many maintenance issues. Overall, pretty quiet are and very nicely kept. I do reside near the office, therefore not sure on how the rest of the buildings are. Laundry room is usually nicely kept. The only issue that I've had has been the piping. It appears that it's somewhat old, therefore you must run the water a couple of minutes before showering because it's normally somewhat yellowish from the rust in the pipes.
