My girlfriend, myself, and our baby daughter moved in March of this year. There has been nothing but problems. When we first moved in, it seemed to be a nice place to start out at prior to the purchase of a home of our own. However, within the first week, we had to call the police because of the scum living above us. yes, this is a College Dorm, in essence. One thing I cannot blame on the neighbors is the fact that it sounds like we're living in a 100 year old home, every step they take sounds like a garbage can being dragged across pavement. There have been muliple attempts to take care of various issues, but the inept management team does nothing. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
One more very important issue to take into consideration is the heatlh issues. There have been numerous amounts of "sewer flys," yes I said sewer flys, in our apartment as well as other neighbhors. The health department had to be called. The mangement tried to get rid of the flys with some sort of concoction that they needed to put into our drains, and couldn't use the sinks for an entire evening!!!! They were gone for a while, and now they are back!!!!

You know this place isnt the best but you have to think of it how it is. This is an apartment community not your own home. Its different than owning.Management is ok when I had something to be done it was done in a reasonable time. I would give it a three and a half. I didnt have any problems ive beed a resident for 2yrs december.Its a nice place to live and i would reccomend someone else to live here.
