I lived at Preserve from August 2007 to August 2009. I chose it because of money and location. I do have to say that at first moving in this place was very nice and accommodating. They gave me an apartment in the exact location I wanted (near the clubhouse, top floor) with no problems.

Walking around the clubhouse area is very pretty. When you re in the pool area it feels very comfortable and is well taken care of. The downside is that landscaping is about the only thing that is well taken care of. Now onto the bad stuff. We lived above a couple that had a very expensive sound system. We could sit in the living room and hear exact words of whatever they were listening to. Our floor and walls would vibrate from the bass. They had a screen that was attached to their ceiling that they would pull down and let it fly back up to irritate us and make our floor move. We originally tried talking to them to no avail. We tried to get the office involved and they wanted no part in it. This couple was very wealthy and had lived there for many years before we moved in. It was like pulling teeth to get the office to come to our apartment to listen to the music. It would wake us up in the bedroom and would go all day. We finally got the police involved, have records of officers hearing the noise and not believing how loud it was. With no help of the office, we eventually took our neighbour to court and won. He moved out a few months later. This situation caused a lot of stress and we hated being in our own home. It was like having a bratty teenager living below us, instead it was a very sophisticated older gentleman. Even after telling the office we had to go downstairs to tell him to turn is porn down on Thanksgiving, they still didn t do anything about the situation. We could also hear when they were talking, arguing, and having very loud sex.

Others things are when it rains, it floods into the first floor and the mold does not get fixed. The elevators are broken at least once a week as well as the doors to get into the buildings. Parking is safe if you like getting your car broken into and kids shooting fire works off near your car. It s also the perfect street if you like watching free drag racing all evening.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am so happy to be out of there and finally in a place that is actually taken care of inside and out, quiet and professional.
