After a year of bad experiences in these Apartments, I have decided to move.

Parking is extremely dark and dangerous in the night time. The Place is very noisy with poor landscaping.There are only a few outdoor lights and they are usually out of order, the place is really unsafe. Construction material is very cheap quality, their Model Apartment (where their office is located) has better quality of fixtures, but it is only to impress the new comers. Everthing including doors, patio, fossits, AC and cabinets needs replacement, but the only job that they can do at their best is to paint the old and broken stuff.Their maintenance service has a lot of issues, they could cut the water supply without prior notice, they could get into your apartment without prior notice, the maintenance staff is very rude and I have seen them yelling on the tenants.
It is difficult to contact the management and they usually don't solve the issues.
I would never recommend anybody to rent these apartments.

All the top reviews are TRUE!!!!! I'm living in this place for 5 months and I'm looking to move out ASAP!!! Last week we didn't have gas and hot water for 4 days! No AC in the apartment! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!
