Roaches Paradise most unmanaged

I have rented an apartment here two years ago. These are the dirtiest and most unmanaged apartments in this neighbourhood. All units are full with roaches, management doesn't care about the maintenance, there is a Janitor Mr.Argent, but he doesn't pay attention to the maintenance either. I had an emergency due to a water leakage and I called the emergency phone number provided by the management, but the janitor came in after two days and kept telling me that he was busy.
Don't rent an apartment here.
