I wanted to rent an apartment here in August 2008, I asked some current tenants about the Management and Apartments and Seven different tenants gave me 100% Negative Feedback. Here is the Conclusion of all feebacks:

These apartments are taken over by a new Management, Sierra Realty & Management, which is worst than the previous one; car parking is always full and it is dificult to find a parking spot even for the tenants, thefts are common here; Maintenance Staff is either irresponsive or Management and Janitor are known for lying to tenants and telling stories for maintenance and repair works; Apartments are very dirty and old, there are roaches, all the fixtures, fittings, doors and walls are badly filled up with putty; corridors and stairways are very dirty. Tenants want to get out of here as soon as possible.

I have personaly witnessed the problems here, so I have decided not to rent an apartment here.
