I have been a resident at Yorktree for many years. I would like to comment on the resident who made comment about how unprofessional the staff was. In order to gain someones respect you must display respect. It sounds as if this disgruntled resident had possible issues of their own and they are using the staff as a scape goat for themselves. To gain someones respect you must give respect. The staff here at Yorktree was hired to do a job. They are not here for there health. With AIMCO being the nations largest management company do you really think they would have incompetant people working for them' If you really read this comment closely you can see and hear the exergeration in there comments. For instance a foot high speed bump. Ha! I will admit they are not as small as the ones at Covered Bridges that you can just fly right over, you do have to slow down to go over these. But isn?t that the purpose of speed bumps in the first place' If this person was so appauled at someone up-chucking in the hallway why didn?t he attempt to clean it up himself, he was probably the one responsible for it in the first place. And consider this he states he lived here from "1999 to December 2001", thats 2 years, if he was so unhappy why did it take him 2 years to move'

You be the judge "I think this persons attitude had alot to do with his on unhappinest" I think the staff here is very efficient and very competant. I would recommend Yorktee to all my friend
