A little better but still not a nice place to live

Ive commented on here before and am willing to say that since Susan took over things have gotten slightly better but not nearly enough.
Good Points- they allow pets
The maintenance staff is wonderful
Bad Points- they let very shady people live here. That would be my biggest complaint.If they would just be more picky about the ppl they allow live here, that would be a huge improvement.
The walls are paper thin and since they let trashy ppl live here, the tenants act trashy. Theyre forever having parties, screaming, or playing their music way too loud.
The apartment complex is full of drug users, and from what I have been told, dealers. Drug dealers lived next to me,but thankfully, they moved out.
The apartments are very old so things are breaking all the time, but like I said, Mike and the maintenance staff are wonderful.
ROACHES
SO no, I would not reccomend this place to anyone, Susan and the staff need to concentrate on things like ppl they allow to live here rather than silly things that can wait like new mailboxes. It will be a relief to leave here.
