There is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance people simply patch everything up so the appliances never work correctly. For the past four months I?ve had a leak in my ceiling and they?ve done nothing to fix that - they?ve just been trying to "patch" that up. The management people are terrible. This place is owned by Aimco Management and I contacted Resident Relations about the leaking problem and they were completely useless. All the management offered me was another apartment, but after all of the problems I had in this one (and others have had similar problems) there?s no way I would want to move to another dump in this complex.

When I moved in here, they mentioned that there was no lead-based paint. Now, they're saying that there are apartments that do have lead-based paint. They recently sent us a letter stating how we need to contact them to clean up peeling paint from the walls. Well, there's paint that's flaking off from the ceiling due to the water leak that they cannot fix. It's frustrating because they told me one thing and now are saying another.

For the past two months, the water has been extremely poor. One day we had only cold water (it was January), many afternoons there has been no water at all. Today, the main pipe broke and there was no water this morning. They actually had a plumber out to fix it. With the lack of maintenance here, I'm sure they were trying to patch up the problem as much as they could without having to call the plumbers. With this main break, some of the first floor apartments were flooded.


The first month I lived here I had the heat on constantly because that didn?t work correctly and the maintenance people didn?t know how to fix that either. My garbage disposal still doesn?t work correctly and one day the maintenance people came in without any notice and tried to "fix" my clogged drain. It worked about one day. Plus, they threw something away in my trash can and hit it off the wall and it left a black mark on the wall.



DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND MOVE SOMEPLACE DECENT!! I?m moving out as soon as I can!!
