I just want to say that my family has lived here @ Yorktree for 2 years and have only had average, normal things need to be repaired. We have had a little bit of trouble with noise, We have had ants - we called the office, no problem, the exterminator came out. They will even send the maintenance guys out to change your lightbulbs if you aren't able to. Yes, the parking is limited, and we have been dealing with some construction in order to fix the parking lots. Hey no place is perfect, but Susan & Lorraine in the office and Mike the Maintenance Supervisor have all been polite,friendly and helpful. They are also working to upgrade some of our facilities.
