I dont know who wrote the last rating, but I am a current resident here at Yorktree. I have ,as do all the residents, an assigned parking space. and all the laundry machines are new a take a card. We have never used coins and the price is comparable to other apts laundry. It is a shame to give somebody a bad rating if you dont know what your talking about. They also sounded kinda racist'
