When we moved in they were nice, friendly and very helpful. But they just recently had a major staff change and not for the better. The office staff is unhelpful and the maintentance while friendly and knowledgable are directed to lie to your face. We are having major maintancence issue with our apartment (no heat in master bedroom and upstairs bathroom leaking into our apartment) No one seems to care! Beware if you rent our apartment next because I can garentee they will just do a halfassed patch job.
