Disgraceful There was little regard for tenants privacy, safety, rights or concerns. Management and maintenace was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, inept, and incompetent. Children run around unsupervised and unattended by parents, cursing and causing destruction.

Broken-Hearted I really enjoyed our lake view apartment when we first moved in, but the location was not secure. We had everything in our locker downstairs stolen (all my baby's things) when someone broke off the lock and took everything. You have to park 5 miles away and the geese poop

Its not really half as bad as people have been claiming. Ive been here for a couple months now. Only real problems around here are the people. In one building people have been puking in the stairwell and elevator. I think its the teenagers. Along with that, it is probably the same individual

Good apartment I have lived at Greenway for a little under a year. When I moved in my apartment was clean & updated. There is always open parking with no limitations. The staff is nice when I go in to pay my rent. I have had no real problems with my apartment & plan on staying for another year.

Roaches Paradise most unmanaged I have rented an apartment here two years ago. These are the dirtiest and most unmanaged apartments in this neighbourhood. All units are full with roaches, management doesn't care about the maintenance, there is a Janitor Mr.Argent, but he doesn't
