Landlord is an alcoholic, never gets anything fixed, we've had broken fans and cracked windows since moving in that still have yet to be fixed(one year later) always finds excuses not to do anything and tries to control everything you do when living here. Tries to change rules and agreements in the middle of leases and theatens to evict you for no reason, such as having people over he doesn't approve of. He has a forty thousand dollar suit against him for being a slum lord. Land lord also charges different amounts for rent to tenants with exactly the same apartment.
