Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
the maitanace is great they get rid of all the ice when it snows, my fan has broken 3 times and iits been fixed everytime. my furnace broke and they were there within 5 minutes to fix it. but i also pay my rent on time so i guess i get better treatment than the other guy.
