Juan A. Luna lived there at 102 Meadowdale Court, Apt 305 and he was arrested for brutal slayings. Also, the web site www.angelfire.com/sc/centner/luna.html depicts the apartments as

Well, I'll probably still move there cause I am cheap and they are offering two months free rent if I sign a year lease so I hope the drug dealers and gangs leave me alone. I've lived in crummy places and found if I just mind my own business I will probably be ok. I think I want to live on the third floor because its cheaper and probably less commotion and noise up there. I will rerate after I move in! Please ignore my star rating.
