Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It seems that a few of the ratings are revolved around racism. Which is ridiculous considering the town these people live in. I live here, and its not the best but it isn't as bad with the gangs as it used to be. And I have never had a problem with management. My fridge was broke, it was replaced the NEXT day, etc. Thats all I have to say and if your racist you need to leave the country.
