It's a PIT!!

Years at this apartment: 1989 - 2004
 
I would definitely NOT move here. You can hear everything your neighbor's do! (Hope you don't have to work in the morning.) The building isn't maintained of or managed well. The rent is outrageous for a declining neighborhood of drugs and gangbangers. The parking spaces haven't even been plowed this winter, and they are hardly lit up at all. My recommendation''' KEEP LOOKING!!
