I lived here back in 1987, I recently came by and noticed this place HAS gotten to be a bad neighborhood... I am appalled at the police reports and gang related incidents. There are people moving out of here because they dont want to have to live in a place full of violence and drugs. the hallways are dirty.. there was some homeless looking dude lying on the floor passed out next to a beer bottle. I saw used condoms in the parking lots.
