Seriously, this is a good deal. The apartments are huge with storage closets. It's family-owned, not managed by some big, corporate company that doesn't give a ---- about its Tenants. I've read some of the other comments for other apts about having roaches/loud noise/parties, etc... I haven't experienced any of that since living here.
