I lived in Lake Logan Apts for a year and did not enjoy my stay at all. The apartments were not cleaned when I moved in and there were mice all over the place. My roommate and I caught at least 7-10 during the school year and when we asked our super to come into the apartment and help us do something about it she never did. She didn't help us at all. I didn't even feel comfortable putting my clothes on the floor or even sitting on the floors in my apartment because they were so nasty when I moved in. Then, when I moved out, I didn't get all of my security deposit back because of damages to the property which I might add were already there when I moved in. I also cleaned my apratment and painted all the walls when I moved out to make sure I got all of my deposit back (which didn't help). The apartment looked better when I moved out then when I moved in. I think that is horrible business. Two girls I met while I stayed at Lake Logan asked me how I liked living there and I told them I would never recommend those apartments to anyone. They were disgusting, nasty, and terrible to live in. I was not happy with the outcome of my stay at Lake Logan Apartments.

As the manager for this property, I feel these claims are unfounded. Each apartment is given the opportunity to inform the office of prior damage upon their check-in. This information, along with a check-in performed by our maintenance supervisor, is used when deciding the deposit refund. If a resident choses not to turn in their check-in sheet, that is their choice and management cannot be blamed. Also, once notifying the office of a problem, it is the resident's responsibility to inform the office again if the problem is continuing, instead of letting the problem continue. We cannot read minds.

The way i see it there shouldnt be any problems w the apt when a tenent moves in because it should have been taken care of after the last tenents move out. If your charging people for certain things when they move out then use that money to fix them before the next ones move in.
