Nice place to live. Much better than anywhere in Carbondale. They don't rip you off like many landlords in the carbondale area. The apartments are big and I never had any problems with things breaking so there was no need for much maintenance. For the money this is the best place around the carbondale area. It just gets old not living close to the carbondale bars. Plus the scenery around the area is beautiful. Each apartment has a porch overlooking the scenery. For the money it doesn't get much better than this.
