to start off the parking sucks you have to pay for you guest to park there past 10:00pm even though there is plenty of open spots avaible for guests to use. i lived on the bottom floor and could hear everything that the people above me were doing and every single time someone went up or down the steps i could hear it which gets annoying. The grass in front of my apt was always dead and trashed w cigerette butts that were never cleand up for the entire year i was there. i didnt feel safe there bc unless you lock the deadbolt (which people forget sometimes) the locks can easily be opened w a credit card. everything in there was cheap and was always breaking or broken when i got there. and at the end of my stay i spackled and repainted all the walls w and cleaned everything and was charged for things that were already broken when i got there plus i was charged for other peoples bedrooms not being fixed to their standards when two of the people had moved out prevously to me and were supposed to be charged then. so overall i'd say that my stay here was on of the worst expirences of my life and then to be ripped off in the end really angered me. i would never reccomend these apartments!!!
