well you see here my time at lake logan sucked...the fact that people come in and examine your room they call it looking at the smoke alarms or whatever but actually they are making sure your rooms are clean why you are not there. freaky to me...and the fact that every morning we would come out of our apartment to peoples trash blowing on to our front door.....yeah it gets pretty bad when you have tampon boxes and pad wrappers at your front door when people come over...SICK! oh and when you leave you get charged for things that were already broken before we got there.....and oh yeah i got charged for an out door screen on my window how the heck is that my problem thats outside not inside.....this place SUCKS........I THINK THIS PERSON NEEDS TO FIND A NEW PROFESSION....HINT HINT..oh yeah and the on site laudry matt you have to run the dryers at least 2 times to get your close dry...some one is trying to reep in the money...

Well my experience at Lake Logan was much different, or atleast I have different priorities in how I live... Anyways, when they come in and test smoke alarms, they do just that. Makes my stay here feel much more safe... knowing my neighbors, below, above and beside me have functioning smoke alarms is a nice feeling... And what would it matter if you had a dirty apartment? Mine has been trashed atleast twice when they tested smoke alarms and they didn't say anything... and I didn't get charged or anything like that.... so why would they care how you kept the apartment while you were living there?? Well what you think doesn't make sense at all. oh and the trash in the yard.... I saw multiple people picking up trash everyday. And when I saw my neighbors dump trash in the parking lot or lawn i'd tell them to pick it up... trying to be a GOOD tenant I guess.. . And i wasn't charged for one thing I wasn't responsible for... I also had to pay for an outside screen door... BECAUSE WHILE I WAS LIVING THERE I BROKE IT... my fault... things don't just fall apart for no reason... Just FYI: I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and Rebbecca(the property manager) is one of the nicest and understanding managers I've dealt with... As long as you treat her with respect and courtisy she returned it... I guess if you were rude she wasn't as nice... I wouldn't know but apparently "the girl from the bottom floor" does....

I think anyone on this website that says these are nice apartments to live in and that the property manager was nice was paid to say so just so the apartments would have at least one good rating! These apt's are trash and were never kept up. They charged you for things that were already broken when you moved in and then you go and buy the special paint and spackle and spend all that time trying to make the apt look nice and they still screw you over in the end. And Im sorry but no matter how nice you are to the property manager, she is rude and inconsiderate and will never do anything you ask her too. And to the response above, doesnt sound like you were a good tenant to me at all! You must have really sucked up to rebecca to get your money back!

This is my first year living at Lake Logan. The price for 4 room mates $ 250 a person is not much to ask for what they have to offer. I enjoyed my stay at Lake Logan, and no, I was not paid to say so. I agree the music (noise) got quite annoying, but if you call the after hours phone number it is dealt with. I personally never had a problem, because all I did was go up to the room making the noise and asked them to turn it down when it was way too loud. They respected what I asked and turned it down. People act like nothing ever gets done here, I've seen the cops come because of a noise complaint. Everything was dealt with fine. Personally anyone who thinks they have the right to complain on this site obviously never did anything about the situation when they had the opportunity to do so. Rent is due at the beginning of every month, if you can??????t pay rent there are late fees up to a point. I do have one complaint, and I can??????t do anything about it. All those people who put off paying rent and are getting themselves evicted, THANK YOU!! <- SARCASM... Now the contracts are being changed for the next year. If people start not paying their rent the other tenants in the apartment with them have to split the tenant who isn??????t paying??????s rent. If you can't afford $250 a month then you should have thought about that to begin with, not wait halfway through the year of your contract.

i agree with the rebuttals on this review. granted, my stay hasn't been perfect, it has been good. A lot of the trash issues could be solved by residents not being slobs. Management does what they can with what they are given. Trust me, upper upper management (not rebecca) doesn't care about this place and it shows. as far as broken stuff when you move in, use your check in sheet. that's what it is there for. be over zealous if need be.
