Slow to get things done-inefficient
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/13/2007
Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived at Lake Logan for about a year with a roomate and my pet. Things were generally good. However, communication was poor and inefficient. Sometimes we felt that we were not valued as tenants and we had to haggle administration 3 or 4 times to get things done. This was true for not only maintenance issues but also our refund check. Also if you buy a new car different from the one you have registered and call after hours to the resident assistant not to have it towed, do not count on the resident assistant to inform the towing company of your different car they will still tow you. I even had the towing company complain to me about this apartment complex and their lack of communication in informing them of car changes. I could hear loud rap music playing downstairs, the grass was often dead and not watered. I just got the overall feeling that this company cuts corners to save money. Our living area was good though, I will say that. It wasn't dirty and the administration was open to our comments and was available during the day if needed. The only major thing I would say that needs to be changed for sure is their inefficiency in getting things done. Otherwise, the year was fair. We did get a FULL pet deposit and Full security deposit back though so I applaud that, though it took a month longer than was promised. I was told the lady up north didn't send them out when she said she would by the local administration. If true, it sounds like this whole company is inept in the communications department.
