I stayed at this housing Development for the spring semester of '08 and it was horrible!! I was not able to study because of how loud it was. I always had to go to someone's house just to hear myself think. With the freezing rain and snow, my closet got moldy. The only thing that was good was the rent. When I would go to the office to talk to the landlord or maintenance problems when they were suppose to be open, the door would be locked and there was nobody there or no note as to when they would return. The parking lot was always so empty because only the people making all the noise were there. Very noisy development and never clean. Over all I give a terrible rating!!!
