Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
i lived here while I attended SIU-C in 2001. We had a three bedroom and it was soooo cheap. It was clean however, the appliances were a bit old, but nothing I wouldn't have expected for the price. The owners were great! They even gave us a fruit basket at Christmas. Our lease was also month to month.

Downfalls: Being to far from Carbondale. Lots of cops on rt 13
