I've only lived here for a short time, 3 months, but for the price it's hard to beat.
The landlord is great, friendly and is fast to move when things need attention, for example he was on site during the recent big storms, arranged tarps for buildings damaged. Cleared the downed trees and debris fast.
OK, so perhaps the apartments are not great on the decor front, perhaps a little shabby, however, it all works, it's great for the price. nice aspect.
It's also very well placed between Marion and Carbondale. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
