I have been in many apartment buildings
throughout my years, and never have I seen
the type of thoughtless disorganized way
in which they maintain a rental property. When I moved in only one of the phone jacks was in
a functional condition, the heater is always
on so in the winter no matter what you have the thermostat set to and if you have the
windows closed it gets unacceptably too warm
so you have to let the ice cold snowy air blow on your face not to mention waking up with snow on your body. In the summer when it gets warm and you have the 20 year old air conditioner running you have to listen to it rattle and shake the apartment so you are forced to turn it off and stay hot and irritated. And to top it off
the rent is $800 or more for a one bedroom
with a bathroom big enough for a four year old child. besides careless maintenance and the apartments being way overpriced, the area and the people are nice and it is a
convenient location if you work in the subs.
overall I give it a rating of 6 out of 10.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
