Having lived here for 6 yrs, I can tell you it has gone down hill FAST! While the apartments aren't bad, it's the neighbors you have to watch out for. We had a 16 yr old in another building arrested for sexual assult, there are gang members living here and the smell from another apartment is now really gross. Maintinence has NEVER been a problem. Anything and everything gets fixed within a day or two. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
