been here just under a year and breaking my lease early due to mold in my ceilings. their idea of fixing is bleach water and not repainting or using KILLS to get rid of it for good. i also have had resin/dirt coming up thru my heater vents and has blackened everything in my apartments from the walls to the inside of the fridge. its been a true NIGHTMARE living here. if i would have known this ahead of time i wouldnt have even considered oak knoll as an option. alot of dirty people.... 10-15 people living in one units... very unsafe... very dirty... very unprofressional. there are many kinds of drug dealers in my building and nothing has been done about it. people have broken into the storage units and stealing. the doors are unsecure because of the people that break them consistently. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR EVEN CONSIDER WHAT WILL BECOME YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE AS IT HAS TO MY CHILDREN AND I.
