Great Place to Live I've been here almost a year now and I love it. My apartment was totally remodeled just before I moved in. New wood floors that look great and are easy to clean.
I love having friends over now my place is the favorite of all my friends. I really enjoyed the pool after work

Don't do it!!!!! Having lived here for 6 yrs, I can tell you it has gone down hill FAST! While the apartments aren't bad, it's the neighbors you have to watch out for. We had a 16 yr old in another building arrested for sexual assult, there are gang members living here and

terrible place!!!! My girlfriend lived here before we got married. She was so glad to get out! Almost everything about the place was awful. There isn´t much choice for renters in Cary, but this place is not very good. Move someplace else.

don´t move here Do not move here. I have seen many eviction notices on people´s doors. Not to mention, the overcrowding they permit here. There are some apartments where I am convinced there are 5 people living in a two bedroom. The maintenance, well Mid America management does
